How do I automatically forward Telegram messages from one channel to another?

Do I need to install anything?
No. Phantom Forwarder is 100% web-based. There is nothing to download or install — you manage everything from your browser and the service runs on our servers around the clock.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes: connect Telegram, pick a source and a destination, and save the rule. You can refine filters and transformations at any time afterwards.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with unlimited rules and destinations and every Platinum feature except Ghost Mode and the AI tools, so you can test forwarding, filters, sync and protected channels before paying. When it ends you move to the Free plan and one rule keeps running.
Can I forward Telegram messages to WhatsApp, Discord or email?
Inside Telegram it goes anywhere you can reach, including protected channels you are a member of, with filters, find and replace and translation applied along the way. WhatsApp is supported too, from the Gold plan up, with a dedicated number — WhatsApp does not officially allow automation and can ban numbers used with it, so you use it at your own risk. Discord and email are not planned.
Anonymity & Ghost Mode
How can I forward Telegram messages anonymously, without showing my account?
Use Ghost Mode. When it is enabled, you stay invisible while forwarding in the destination chat and your identity stays hidden from recipients. The messages arrive without any trace pointing back to you.
What is Ghost Mode?
Ghost Mode is the feature that makes forwarding invisible. Nothing in the destination chat links the messages to your account: your name and your online presence stay out of it.
Will the original channel know I am forwarding their messages?
No. Reading and forwarding happen on the service side. The source channel sees no special activity from you beyond your normal membership.
Protected & private channels
Can I forward from a Telegram channel with restricted content (saving and forwarding disabled)?
Yes. Phantom Forwarder works on protected channels and groups where Telegram has disabled saving and forwarding. As long as your account can read the chat, the content can be forwarded to your destinations.
Can I forward from private groups?
Yes, as long as your account is a member of the group. You can forward from any chat you personally have access to, including private groups and supergroups.
Does it support Telegram Forum Topics?
Yes. You can forward from a specific Topic inside a Telegram group that has Topics enabled, and route it to the destination you choose.
Filters & transformations
Can I filter which messages get forwarded?
Yes. You can include or exclude messages by keyword, regular expression, message length, media type, and specific senders. Only messages that match your rule are forwarded.
Can I edit or rewrite messages while forwarding?
Yes. You can find-and-replace text, add a custom header or footer, change formatting, and manage external links. Optional AI features can translate, summarize, or filter messages by natural-language criteria.
If a message is edited or deleted in the source, does the forwarded copy update?
Yes. With edit and delete sync enabled, changes in the source propagate to the forwarded copies so your destinations stay accurate.
Can I import past messages, not just new ones?
Yes. The chat history import lets you copy older messages from a chat, with date-range selection and the same filters and transformations as live forwarding.
Plans, billing & safety
How much does it cost?
Plans are billed in USD: Smart $6/month, Gold $9/month and Platinum $11/month, with 30% off on yearly billing. Higher plans raise the number of rules and destinations and unlock advanced features (Ghost Mode and regex from Gold, AI tools on Platinum). A 7-day free trial is included, no card required.
Is my Telegram account safe?
Yes. Phantom Forwarder uses official Telegram APIs and stores your session encrypted — credentials are never kept in plain text. The service is GDPR compliant; the data controller is Inakis srl, based in Milan, Italy.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing stops today: your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. After that you move to the Free plan, which keeps one forwarding rule running — the others are paused, never deleted, and come straight back if you subscribe again.
Is Phantom Forwarder a good AutoForward alternative?
Yes. It covers the same automatic forwarding use case but runs entirely in the cloud with nothing to install, adds Ghost Mode anonymity, works on protected channels, and includes advanced filters, transformations and AI features.
Is WhatsApp forwarding safe? Can my number get banned?
WhatsApp does not offer an official way to do this, so the risk of a permanent ban is real and Phantom cannot remove it. Always use a dedicated number, never your personal one, and keep that phone online at least once every 14 days so WhatsApp does not drop the connection.
Who can use WhatsApp forwarding?
It is available from the Gold plan up (Gold and Platinum). The free trial does not include it.
How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
From the WhatsApp page of the dashboard, exactly like pairing WhatsApp Web: frame the QR code with your phone or enter the pairing code. The same number can have several devices connected at once.
What can I forward with WhatsApp, and which rules work?
You can forward from WhatsApp to Telegram, from Telegram to WhatsApp and from WhatsApp to WhatsApp, in groups and in one-to-one chats. All the usual rule tools work: text filters, active hours, file types, sender, media-only mode, duplicate detection, delay, find and replace, text clean-up, link management, the AI tools, header and footer, formatting and the watermark on photos.
What does not work with WhatsApp forwarding?
Editing or deleting a message after it was sent is not carried over, the automatic deletion of the copy does not work, replies are not linked, pinned messages are not forwarded and buttons arrive as plain lines of text. Albums arrive as separate images.
What happens if my WhatsApp number disconnects?
Your WhatsApp rules stop and you get a warning; your Telegram rules keep working. Connect the number again from the WhatsApp page and everything resumes by itself. Messages that arrived while the number was disconnected cannot be recovered.
Is there a sender filter for WhatsApp rules?
Yes. On WhatsApp the number must include the international prefix, for example +39 333 1234567; without the prefix the filter does not match.
Are there sending limits on WhatsApp?
Yes. There is a pause between one message and the next and a daily cap, on purpose, to protect the number from bans. When the cap is reached, forwarding pauses and resumes by itself.
