Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Phantom Messages Forwarder ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Phantom Messages Forwarder. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

Phantom Messages Forwarder is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that automates Telegram message forwarding. The Service includes:

• Automated message forwarding between Telegram chats
• Advanced filtering capabilities (keywords, media types, users)
• Ghost Mode (anonymous forwarding — your account stays invisible)
• Message transformation tools (find/replace, formatting, captions)
• History import functionality
• AI-powered features (translation, summarization, content filtering)
• Analytics and reporting dashboard

AI features: Translation, summarization, rewriting, image text recognition and content filtering are performed by artificial intelligence systems of third-party providers. Their output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and is clearly an AI result: review it before relying on it or publishing it. Our support assistant is also an AI system; you can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Service availability is subject to plan limitations. Features and capabilities vary by subscription tier (Smart, Gold, Platinum).

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid Telegram phone number
• Complete the verification process via Telegram authentication code
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Maintain accurate and current account information
• Subscribe to our Telegram channel @phantomforwarder, where discounts and product news are published — this is a condition of the free trial, and you authorise us to complete the subscription for you at signup. You may leave the channel at any time.
• Protect your account credentials and not share them with third parties

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Trial Period: New users receive a 7-day free trial with unlimited rules and destinations and every Platinum feature except Ghost Mode and the AI tools. No credit card required for trial activation. Subscription to our Telegram channel is required to start the trial (see Section 3).

Free Plan: When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan, which keeps one forwarding rule with one destination active at no cost. Filters, find & replace, protected channels, Ghost Mode and AI features are not included. The Free plan is offered for a limited time and may be modified or withdrawn at any time; if it is withdrawn we will give notice in advance and your rules and settings stay saved.

Paid Plans: At any time you may subscribe to:

• Smart: $6/month - Real-time forwarding, 5 rules, protected channels
• Gold: $9/month - Ghost Mode, 25 rules, advanced features
• Platinum: $12/month - Unlimited rules, AI features

Billing Cycles: Choose monthly or yearly (-30%) billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

This section sets out what you may not do with the Service, how intellectual property is handled, what counts as fair use of our infrastructure, and how Ghost Mode responsibility and enforcement work.

a) Prohibited content — zero tolerance

You may never use the Service to forward, store, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors. This is reported to NCMEC and other competent authorities, and the account is terminated immediately, without warning
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including revenge porn, hidden-camera recordings, or leaked private videos
• Adult content that does not meet all of these conditions: it is legal where it is shared, everyone shown is an adult who consented to its distribution, and the destination chats are open to adults only (18+). You alone are responsible for meeting these conditions.
• Weapons, explosives, firearms or ammunition trade, or instructions for manufacturing any of the above
• Illegal drugs and controlled substances, including their trade or promotion
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence
• Human trafficking, sexual services, or exploitation
• Gore or animal cruelty content
• Hate speech and harassment
• Doxxing or leaks of other people's personal data
• Stolen data, leaked credentials, hacked accounts, or carding
• Fraud, scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and fake investment signals presented as guaranteed profit
• Counterfeit goods and counterfeit documents
• Gambling where illegal in the relevant jurisdiction
• Malware or phishing
• Impersonation of real people or brands
• Anything else illegal under applicable law (including Italian and EU law) or prohibited by Telegram's own Terms of Service

b) Intellectual property

Forward only content you own or are authorized to redistribute. Republishing content copied from other channels — especially protected, private, or paid channels — without the rights holder's permission is prohibited. You, not us, are solely responsible for the content you choose to forward. Rights holders can send takedown notices through the same channel listed in Section 13 (Contact Information); on a valid notice, we disable the affected rules or accounts.

c) Fair use and volume

Media from protected channels is downloaded and re-uploaded by our servers, which consumes shared bandwidth and storage. Abnormal usage that burdens this shared infrastructure is not covered by any plan. As an indication, sustained media traffic above approximately 5 GB per day, or mass redistribution of large video files, is considered abnormal. In these cases we may throttle your account, pause affected rules, require a custom plan, or terminate the account. The final assessment of what counts as abnormal usage is ours.

d) Other prohibited behaviour

• Spamming groups, channels, or users you don't own or aren't authorized to message
• Harassing or sending unsolicited messages to Telegram users
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without consent
• Bypassing rate limits or abusing API quotas
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without our permission

e) Ghost Mode and your own bot

When content is republished through Ghost Mode using your own bot, you are the publisher of the destination chat and are fully responsible for that content towards Telegram and any third party, exactly as if you had posted it yourself.

f) Enforcement

We monitor technical metadata — traffic volumes, file sizes, error rates, and source/destination chats — through automated checks. As stated in Section 7, we do not read message content as part of normal operation. On receiving a report or a clear signal of prohibited use, we may review the configuration of the rule in question. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account, with or without refund of the current period, at our sole discretion. Illegal content may be reported to the competent authorities.

6. Service Limitations and Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Third-party service disruptions (Telegram API, hosting providers)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. Rate limits and quotas apply per plan tier.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Telegram sessions are encrypted and stored securely
• We do not read or store your private messages
• Forwarding rules and logs are retained for operational purposes
• We comply with GDPR and data protection regulations

You retain ownership of all content you forward. We claim no rights to your data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its codebase, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Phantom Messages Forwarder and protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHANTOM MESSAGES FORWARDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party actions (Telegram bans, API restrictions)
• Content that you choose to forward through the Service — you are solely responsible for it, as set out in Section 5(b)

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may terminate: Cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

We may terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, pose security risks, or make abnormal use of the Service (see Section 5(c)). Termination may be immediate without prior notice, with or without refund of the current period, at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for potential reactivation, then permanently deleted.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your account
• In-app notification banner
• Updated "Last modified" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with modifications, you must stop using the Service.
