How Do You Repost Deals From a Telegram Channel With Your Own Links?
A deals channel publishes offers with its own links, its own handle and its own hashtags. Reposting it into your channel means deciding, link by link and line by line, what your readers see. It is all one rule: link handling for the addresses, find and replace for the fixed text, text cleanup for the traces, your header or footer on top.
Decide what happens to each link
A link rule matches by a fragment of the address or of the visible words, and does one of four things: keep the link, make it unclickable, delete the linked text, or point it at a different address โ with the visible words changeable too. Matching ignores capitalisation, and a message with several links is judged link by link: one deleted, one de-activated, a genuinely useful one untouched.
Said plainly: this is a rule you write per link pattern. One rule covers every link on a domain; write another for the next pattern. It is not a store-by-store engine that rewrites codes for you automatically.
Swap the fixed text
Find and replace rewrites what repeats: the source's phrasing, a fixed label, a line you always want gone. Replacements run before your header and footer are added, so they can never touch your own lines by mistake.
Strip the source's traces
Text cleanup removes @mentions, hashtags and emoji from the message. The order matters: filters run before the cleanup, so build your keyword rules against the text as the source writes it, not against the cleaned version your readers will see.
Add your own label
A header or footer puts your line on every deal: your channel name, a call to action, a note that the prices were found elsewhere. It applies to captions as well, and the original formatting survives the insertion.
If you want a look before your readers see an offer, a delay of a few minutes gives you a review window โ and if the source pulls a dead deal, delete sync removes your copy too.
What rewriting does to the message
Any change to the text means the message has to be recreated. Buttons underneath it survive only when Ghost Mode is on; without it, a rewritten message arrives without its buttons. An album of photos stays whole only when relayed untouched โ rewritten, the pieces arrive in the right order but no longer bound together. For deals that are mostly text this costs nothing; for image-heavy posts it is the trade to know about.
A word on what you may repost
Repost only what you have the right to repost: your own curated picks with credit, content you are licensed to redistribute, offers meant to be shared. The tools here move and reshape content; they do not settle what a licence allows.
Setting it up, in order
- Create the rule: the deals channel as the source, your channel as the destination.
- Write a link rule for the first pattern you want changed, and set the action: swap, de-activate or delete.
- Add find-and-replace entries for the fixed text you always change.
- Switch on text cleanup for mentions, hashtags and emoji.
- Set your header or footer.
- Wait for a real deal to come through and check what arrives before relying on the rule.
Common questions
Does it rewrite affiliate codes for every store automatically?
No. You write a link rule per pattern โ a fragment of the address or of the visible words โ and set the action yourself. Links that match no rule are relayed exactly as they were.
Can I keep the words of a link but stop it working?
Yes, that is the de-activate action: the text stays readable and the link stops being clickable. It keeps the message honest in a way deleting the text does not.
What happens to buttons and photo albums when the text is changed?
The message is recreated: buttons are lost unless Ghost Mode is on, and an album arrives as separate pieces in the right order. Messages relayed untouched keep both.
Are these tools on the paid plans?
Link handling and text cleanup are part of the paid plans, from Smart upwards. The plan comparison is on the pricing page.
